A report in Print Week 12/1/12 indicates that printed correspondence is alive and well due to the public's distrust of emails. A survey carried out by an industry leader in mailing equipment found that 50% of mail respondents preferred to communicate via the post than email, and of those surveyed 74% were worried that important emails might be diverted in to junk or missed entirely.
So the message is clear - if your information is important and requires a response stick with print - you now officially know that it makes sense!
