What you See is What You Get!

Prices on our website are fully inclusive and include a free disk check, a free PDF proof and free delivery to one UK address*. The only extra to pay is VAT, where due, which is added at the shopping cart.

*Delivery to Highlands, Islands, Northern or Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands is charged extra at cost based on weight of consignment.  Delivery prices will have VAT added to them.

VAT

Please remember many printed products, such as flyers, leaflets and brochures, are exempt from VAT, with some exceptions – obviously!

Delivery outside of the UK (including Republic of Ireland)
VAT is due on all vatable items.  If you are registered for VAT in your member state you can claim the VAT back from HMRC but restictions do apply.  See the information published on HMRC website section 4 for more information.  If you are not VAT registered then VAT is applied as normal.

Turnaround

Our typical lead-time to despatch is 5 to 7 working days from payment and proof approval, but if it's "hit the fan" give us a call.

Batch Printed Products

Flyers and Business Cards are batch produced with weekly order deadlines.

Delivery

Delivery is made the next working day* after dispatch via express courier or our own vans. Whilst we only use reputable couriers we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier - that is out of our control!

Delivery Upgrades - all plus VAT

Next working day by 9.30am: £25.00

Next working day by noon: £20.00

Saturday delivery: £35.00

Multiple next day deliveries: £15.00 for each additional address

If you require delivery to overseas addresses please ask us for a quote.

If you have a regular requirement for multiple deliveries our managed solution may be for you.

Typesetting and Design

You can supply artwork or we can design for you - we offer a fixed cost design option on all products which you can select in the shop.

Proofs

We supply a free PDF proof as standard. If you require a high resolution digital Epson colour proof instead this is an optional extra and costs £30, or £45 for imposed booklet proofs, plus VAT.

Epson proofs are calibrated to our printing presses and are a good indication of finished colours for silk art or gloss art products.

If your order is being printed on 100% recycled paper the proof will look different to the finished product due to the inherent nature of 100% recycled paper which has a tendancy for the colours to look less vibrant than the proof.

Your side of the bargain:

Our discounted website prices are dependant upon placing your order online and payment with order. HSBC take care of our online credit and debit card payments so it doesn’t get any more secure than that.

If you prefer you can pay by telephone, BACS, or by cheque (which needs to clear before we can produce your order). Simply choose the "pay later" option at the shopping cart if you do not wish to pay online when you place your order.

If you wish to bypass the online ordering system altogether we can accept orders by fax or email but a 15% surcharge will apply - minimum surcharge £50.00
