Hi Jeff and co, I just wanted to write this e-mail to let you know how grateful I am for everything you and the team have done for me. I am well aware people are quick to complain but slow in saying thanks so this is a massive thank you e-mail!
The girls I have spoken to whenever I have called the office have always been polite, professional and more importantly friendly, they have always been quick to respond to any query I may have had and I felt like a truly valued customer.
As for you.. what can I say, better design and leaflet than I could ever have hoped for, don't know how you did the design, but it looks unbelievably good and with a bit of finger and toe crossing the customers will also think so and use my company!
I will certainly be using your company again and have already recommended you to my fellow business associates.
Once again thank you for all you folks have done and I look forward to dealing with you again.
